Principal, B2B Affiliate Account Management

About the role

Coupang is looking for a strategic Account Manager to manage its affiliate partners in Taiwan. The role focuses on growing and optimizing publisher relationships, deepening API integrations and unlocking long-term monetization through Coupang's affiliate technologies. You will work closely with product, engineering and partner teams to maximize partner performance, revenue growth and integration depth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of app and web publisher partners in Taiwan, driving revenue growth, retention and expansion
• Upsell partners from basic display monetization to API-based commerce integration, and act as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
• Advise publishers on optimizing integration of Coupang's Search and Recommendation APIs, improving data flow and performance
• Analyze performance data and recommend changes to boost conversion, engagement and monetization yield
• Use knowledge of SSPs, programmatic ecosystems and bidding models to help partners move from waterfall/display to programmatic + API-driven models
• Explore growth levers such as traffic segmentation, placement strategy and recommendation logic, tracking key metrics with Dashboard or SQL
• Create account plans and growth roadmaps for key partners, monitor partner health, share market insights and support new partner onboarding

Required profile

• 8+ years in Account Management, Partner Management or Business Development within AdTech, Programmatic or Mobile Monetization
• Experience managing and growing strategic or enterprise-level accounts
• Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions and integration strategies
• Strong analytical mindset, able to make decisions based on data and performance metrics
• Native Mandarin and professional English

Required skills

• Understanding of publisher monetization, SSPs and the programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Comfortable discussing API concepts, data flow and system integration with technical teams
