職位概述

Coupang 正在重新定義購物體驗，提供隔日到貨與跨境免運服務，並尋求人才協助拓展台灣業務。行銷策略及設計經理獨立規劃並執行員工激勵專案，以支持物流前線員工留任、參與與生產力目標，需運用分群分析、量化衡量與資料導向決策，並製作行銷圖像素材。

主要職責

設計、執行並優化員工激勵專案，鎖定目標受眾、激勵機制、預算、執行週期與量化成果
依到職時間、行為、留任階段等分群，制定差異化介入策略
製作行銷圖像素材，傳達方案內容、參與方式與行動訴求
追蹤轉換、成本效益、留任、生產力、ROI 等績效指標
將商業問題轉化為結構化假設、最小可行行動、衡量計畫與迭代條件
與營運、財務、分析及行銷單位對齊目標，在無直接管理權限下推動交付

任职要求

具備獨立設計、執行或優化促銷、激勵、獎勵或留任專案的實務經驗
具備分群分析經驗，能針對不同受眾制定差異化策略
能定義、追蹤、解讀並優化量化行銷或營運指標
能運用資料支援受眾選擇、資源配置與行銷決策
具備製作行銷圖像素材的能力，並能提供案例
具備跨部門專案推動與利益相關者管理經驗
能將商業問題轉化為行銷策略、KPI 與視覺溝通內容
具備商務英文聽說能力，能接受高度親手操作的個人貢獻者工作模式
