職位概況
Coupang 酷澎正在尋找一位資深線下整合行銷專員，專責規劃並執行台灣各地的線下行銷活動，包括快閃店、實體體驗、大型展會與活動贊助、異業合作及在地化推廣，連結實體接觸點與線上 APP 轉化。
主要職責
- 從零到一規劃並執行快閃體驗、戶外活動、節慶推廣、異業合作等線下專案
- 與線上行銷、品牌、品類管理及營運團隊合作，打造一致的整合行銷體驗
- 負責外部代理商、硬體廠商與活動公關公司的遴選、比價、合約與時程品質控管
- 定義線下活動 KPI（人流、APP 下載、首購轉化、品牌聲量等），分析成效與 ROI 並持續優化
- 控管專案預算與時程，確保效益最大化
任职要求
- 2 至 5 年整合行銷、線下活動企劃或公關代理商經驗
- 豐富的 Pop-up、展會、異業合作現場控管與專案管理經驗
- 能用數據（轉化率、CAC、ROI）衡量活動成效
- 優秀的跨部門溝通與多任務處理能力
- 中文母語，具備良好英文聽說讀寫能力
加分：電商、零售或 FMCG 行銷經驗；熟悉 O2O 導流策略；大型戶外廣告或線下通路拓展經驗；談判與異業合作資源開發能力。申請需填寫內部轉調申請表，並以 Coupang 內部郵件地址提交。
