职位概况
负责带领并管理企业客户的销售及市场业务，作为酒店与企业客户的主要联络窗口，推动业绩增长并确保达成酒店利润目标。
主要职责
- 规划并执行国内外企业客户的销售目标与行动计划。
- 开发并维护与企业、会展、协会、婚礼策划等客户的关系。
- 收集并更新客户资料、市场趋势及竞争情报，制定提升市场占有率的方案。
- 确保销售方案覆盖餐饮、宴会、SPA及其他酒店服务。
- 处理客户投诉并在系统中记录反馈，提升客户满意度。
任职要求
- 具备销售与行销管理学士学位或同等学历。
- 拥有豪华酒店或度假村相关职位经验。
- 优秀的普通话及英语书面口语能力。
- 具备合法在台湾工作的身份。
必备技能
- PMS及S&C Opera系统操作经验。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件。
