Market Executive – Hotel Partnerships (Taiwan)

About the role

As a Market Executive for Taiwan, you will support Trip.com Group’s hotel supply network, ensuring smooth collaboration with local hotel partners and internal teams. You will act as a liaison, helping hotels onboard, manage rates, and promote special deals across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to hotel partners and the hotel supply network.
• Maintain relationships with local hotels and coordinate cross‑departmental projects.
• Train new hotels on using the extranet, managing rates and availability.
• Assist in hotel activation and manage supplier accounts in consultation with Market Managers.
• Resolve issues related to accounting, allotment, notifications, and cancellations.
• Conduct market and competition research and prepare business review reports.
• Coordinate merchandising activities, special deals and promotions for hotel partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate content and photos for new and existing hotels.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in e‑commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation, revenue or yield management.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented, fast learner, able to work independently.
• Dynamic, positive attitude and strong team player.
• Legally authorized to work in Taiwan.
