About the role
As a Banquet Service Intern you will support the banquet team in delivering food and beverage service with a friendly, enthusiastic and professional attitude. Working at W Hotels, you will learn to manage guest interactions, handle payments accurately, and uphold the brand’s “Whatever/Whenever” service philosophy. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
- Follow the Sequence of Service (SOS) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Demonstrate the “Whatever/Whenever” attitude by responding promptly to guest needs.
- Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
