About the role
TSMC is seeking a proactive Canteen Services Specialist to manage its on‑site cafeteria in Tainan. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality food service while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and supporting employee well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily canteen operations, ensuring high‑quality service and strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with vendors, negotiating contracts to achieve cost‑effectiveness, quality standards, and timely delivery of supplies.
- Manage general affairs and administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth functioning of daily business operations.
- Partner with internal departments to organize corporate events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well‑being.
- Continuously gather employee feedback and optimize canteen services to meet evolving needs of the company and its workforce.
