Western Restaurant Supervisor (F&B)

About the role

The Western Restaurant Supervisor supports the Assistant Manager in delivering an efficient, luxurious dining experience. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure smooth service flow, and uphold the high standards expected in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager in coordinating and delegating tasks across the assigned service area.
• Supervise opening and closing workflows, including glass polishing, mise‑en‑place, proper storage, and end‑of‑day equipment counts.
• Coordinate sector‑specific duties to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve service issues promptly, and record feedback in the designated system.
• Protect guest and coworker privacy and safety while strictly adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Perform all departmental tasks and provide shift coverage when needed.

Required profile

• General Education Certificate or Diploma.
• Experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Working knowledge of alcohol service, particularly wine service.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in Taiwan.
