职位概况
我们将在台北南港软体园区开设一家具风格的义式Fast‑Casual餐厅，现招聘具备热情与运营能力的餐厅总经理，全面负责门店筹备、营运、团队与顾客体验。
主要职责
- 全面主导门店每日营运，确保出餐效率、品质与服务。
- 管理餐厅损益，精准控制食材与人事成本。
- 招募、培训并管理内外场团队，建立标准化SOP。
- 与主厨团队（含外籍主厨）沟通，保证菜品质量与出餐流畅。
- 开发南港商务客群与周边居民的营销策略，推动午餐、外带与晚间聚餐。
任职要求
- 3–5 年以上西餐、义式或Fast‑Casual餐厅总经理或店长经验，有新店开点经验佳。
- 熟悉餐饮业P&L分析、成本控管、库存管理及食品安全法规（HACCP）。
- 中文流利，具备基础英文沟通能力。
- 具备优秀领导力、危机处理能力及高度抗压性，对义式餐饮文化热情。
