Primary Intelligence Analyst / Associate Consultant

About the role

Under guidance, this role provides support in applying statistical methodologies to assigned research projects. It sits within IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide statistical methodology support in the delivery of standard and custom studies.
• Apply statistical design and methodology to meet client information needs, conduct statistical analyses to draw conclusions from the study, and help prepare written summaries of study results.
• Work as part of a team to prepare analysis plans and statistical reports, and validate statistical analyses.
• Work on projects of limited scope within defined procedures and practices.
• Carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions or recommendations.

Required skills

• Multivariate analysis, regression analysis and forecasting, and sampling.
• Basic knowledge of SAS programming in both OLAP and mainframe environments.
