Clinical Research Associate II (All Levels)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II in Taipei. You will help design and analyse clinical trials, interpret complex medical data and contribute to new treatments and therapies. The position is open to all levels (Lead CRA, Senior CRA, CRA II and CRA I).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety throughout the trial.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to run studies smoothly.
• Review data and resolve queries to keep clinical data of high quality.
• Help prepare and review study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Preferably has oncology experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel at least 60% of the time.
