Clinical Trial Administrator

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join its team in Taipei. The role supports the design and analysis of clinical trials, interprets complex medical data and helps advance new treatments and therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organise clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents and regulatory submissions.
• Support the preparation of study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting clinical trial metrics and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
