职位概况
本公司面向全球在台灣、北美、東南亞及歐洲等地建廠項目，招聘具備豐富土建經驗的資深工程師，提供線上面試機會。
主要职责
- 確認室內裝修與建築布局
- 負責概念設計與工作說明書（SOW）編制
- 編寫投標文件，確保品質與進度符合要求
- 執行品質控制與進度管理
- 擔任施工監督，管理預算與成本
任职要求
- 具備土建工程相關學歷或同等經驗
- 至少兩年以上大地工程或廠區興建經驗
- 熟悉建築布局、概念設計與投標流程
- 具備品質與進度控制能力
必备技能
- 建築布局確認
- 概念設計與SOW編寫
- 投標文件製作
- 品質控制與進度管理
- 預算與成本管理
