Construction Cleanroom Supervisor

About the role

Exyte is seeking a Construction Cleanroom Supervisor to lead cleanroom projects within advanced technology facilities, biopharma, and data centers. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality cleanroom environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day‑to‑day construction activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide leadership to construction workers, schedule tasks, and monitor performance.
• Inspect work to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Required profile

• Technical degree in engineering or comparable education.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with cleanroom technology systems in semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems focused on cleanroom technology.
• Structured work approach, creativity and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in semiconductor and cleanroom environments is highly desirable.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin is essential for effective on‑site communication.
