职位概况
负责改造专案的现场施工、安装、测试与交付，需配合全台出差，确保工程安全、品质与技术标准。
主要职责
- 执行改造专案现场施工、安装、测试及交付工作。
- 与内部团队、外包商及供应商协调现场作业。
- 确保工程符合安全、品质与技术标准，完成工程记录、验收及相关文件。
- 协助解决现场施工及系统问题，支援多项改造专案的现场需求。
任职要求
- 工程或相关技术科系专科以上学历，具3年以上现场工程执行经验，HVAC或改造工程经验尤佳。
- 熟悉工地作业流程，能配合全台出差与现场工作安排。
- 具服务热忱、团队合作精神与良好沟通能力，能够完成基本文件填写与回报。
