职位概况

本公司面向全球在台灣、北美、東南亞及歐洲等地建廠項目，招聘具備豐富土建經驗的資深工程師，提供線上面試機會。

主要职责

確認室內裝修與建築布局
負責概念設計與工作說明書（SOW）編制
編寫投標文件，確保品質與進度符合要求
執行品質控制與進度管理
擔任施工監督，管理預算與成本

任职要求

具備土建工程相關學歷或同等經驗
至少兩年以上大地工程或廠區興建經驗
熟悉建築布局、概念設計與投標流程
具備品質與進度控制能力

必备技能

建築布局確認
概念設計與SOW編寫
投標文件製作
品質控制與進度管理
預算與成本管理
