职位概况
负责迎接顾客、安排座位、处理预订，确保用餐体验顺畅。
主要职责
- 迎宾并以微笑、眼神交流问候客人，尽量使用客人姓名。
- 接听电话、记录并管理餐厅预订及特殊需求。
- 向客人介绍酒店服务、促销活动并进行推介。
- 根据现场情况控制客流，安排座位并交接给领班。
- 协助残障客人就座，确保餐桌摆设完整。
- 执行开店、闭店流程，包括清洁、补充用品等。
任职要求
- 相关领域大专学历或文凭者优先。
- 至少1年同类岗位工作经验。
- 熟练操作电脑。
- 能够在台湾合法工作。
必备技能
- 熟练的电脑操作能力。
