Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Synaptics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full customer fulfillment experience, from quotation through final delivery. The role works closely with customers, the sales team, and internal operations such as finance, logistics, and supply chain. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the incumbent will ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end fulfillment process, including quotation, order entry, shipment, payment, and returns.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and operations to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Manage order‑related documentation and physical transportation flow.
• Produce weekly forecasts and coordinate with hub teams on demand‑supply planning.
• Handle special processes such as end‑of‑life (EOL), product change notices (PCN), free samples, audits, rebates, and point‑of‑sale (POS) activities.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Well‑organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities; fluent in English (Korean proficiency preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
