职位概况
负责监督客房及公共区域的清洁质量，确保符合酒店标准；协助房务经理日常运营管理，协调工程部与前台的工作衔接。
主要职责
- 检查客房、公共区的清洁情况并出具报告。
- 核对房态差异，确定清洁优先顺序并更新退房状态。
- 安排主管排班、分配任务，监督各区域卫生与服务品质。
- 负责部门设备的维护保养与更新。
- 处理客人投诉，检查消防系统设施位置及使用方法。
任职要求
- 专科以上学历，具备中级专业职称。
- 拥有酒店或度假村工作背景，豪华饭店经验者优先。
- 具备服务导向，良好的人际沟通与协调能力。
- 能够在台湾合法工作。
必备技能
- 基本电脑操作能力。
