Global Sales – International Channel Development

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, action‑driven sales professional to expand Cupola360’s global market. The role focuses on building and maintaining overseas distribution channels and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, expand, and maintain relationships with distributors and partners across global regions.
• Develop and execute overseas channel strategies to meet sales targets.
• Track, forecast, and report on global channel sales performance.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to convey market needs and customer feedback.
• Coordinate regional agent and distributor training and onboarding support.
• Analyze competitive landscape and propose actions to increase market share.
• Drive Proof‑of‑Concept initiatives and convert them into business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–4 years of sales experience (industry‑agnostic).
• Business‑level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Quick learner of new technologies and innovative products.
• Highly agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Outgoing personality with strong ownership and execution mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI productivity tools such as Codex.
