About the role
The Professional Sales Specialist will focus on the vaccine therapeutic area, covering hospital channels in Taichung and Changhua. Reporting to the District Manager, the role combines scientific communication with sales performance to grow market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory action plans, aligning activities with product and business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Monitor product utilization, inventory levels, and customer demand to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Customer Operations to deliver quarterly action plans.
- Leverage digital channels and innovative engagement methods for effective communication.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2‑5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in hospital promotion, vaccines, or specialty care.
- Valid driver’s license.
