Sales Project Manager

About the role

Cooler Master is seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to act as the primary interface between strategic customers and internal teams. You will turn customer requirements into executable projects, aligning commercial goals with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply‑chain capabilities across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive complex customer projects from initial engagement through NPI, production and delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into internal project plans, milestones and deliverables, coordinating sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply‑chain teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and resources, and proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Work closely with factories to assess feasibility, capacity and cost, setting realistic expectations with customers.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management mindset, comfortable making decisions and driving projects independently.
• Ability to challenge unrealistic requirements, escalate issues when needed and protect commercial interests.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of manufacturing processes and factory capabilities.
• Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) stages such as EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot and mass production.
