Sales Operations Associate – Multi-Day Tours

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate will support Klook's multi‑day tour sales team by managing inquiries, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth booking administration. This role is ideal for organized individuals who enjoy enabling revenue through detailed operational work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the inquiry pipeline — logging, tagging and routing incoming inquiries to the right Sales owner, and tracking status through to close.
• Support Sales in closing deals by preparing quotes, proposals, itinerary documents and contracts, and chasing outstanding paperwork.
• Handle booking administration — deposits, payment confirmations, amendments and cancellations — in coordination with Finance and merchants.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date records of inquiries, proposals and bookings so pipeline reporting is always accurate.
• Flag bottlenecks and process gaps in the inquiry‑to‑booking flow, and help design the tooling and workflow that will eventually automate parts of this handoff.
• Maintain pipeline reporting — sales numbers, tracking metrics and status — to keep Sales and leadership aligned.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates — no minimum years of experience required; strong organizational instincts matter more than tenure.
• English language proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, comfortable juggling many inquiries and documents simultaneously.
• Clear written communication for customer‑facing documentation and internal coordination.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude, willing to jump into admin work that directly enables revenue.
