Key Account Manager – Cloud & AI Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with Cloud Service Providers, hyperscalers and strategic enterprise customers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for AI infrastructure, server, rack, liquid‑cooling and data‑center solutions across the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Cloud Service Providers, hyperscalers, and strategic enterprise customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for AI infrastructure, server, rack, liquid cooling, and data center solutions.
• Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
• Build executive‑level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
