Professional Sales Specialist

About the role

The Professional Sales Specialist will focus on specialty care in Cardiology and Hematology for the hospital channel in Taipei. Reporting directly to the Sales Lead, the role combines customer engagement, territory planning and market development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the hospital channel territory in Taipei, delivering effective promotional messages during customer visits.
• Develop and cultivate new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Create and monitor territory action plans with clear metrics, providing regular reviews and reports.
• Plan and execute activities aligned with product strategy, offering timely feedback to sales leadership and marketing teams.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a marketer or sales representative.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic English listening and reading skills.
• Proactive, able to independently develop the market and adapt to change.
• Valid driving license.
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as Anesthesia or anti‑infectious disease is a plus.
