Account Manager, Field Sales

About the role

As an Account Manager, Field Sales at Analog Devices you will drive revenue growth through direct sales, partner development and technical solution delivery within Taiwan. You will act as a bridge between ADI’s innovative semiconductor technologies and customer needs, expanding market presence and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide field support to assigned customers in Taiwan.
• Lead business growth and take accountability for sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements, define objectives and help overcome challenges.
• Identify, create and manage business opportunities to achieve design wins.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams and communicate customer needs back to the organization.
• Travel to customers in other countries, attend internal meetings, trainings, trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in datacenter ODM or semiconductor markets.
• Proven ability in technology sales, business planning and achieving differentiated outcomes.
• Experience working with distribution partners and insight into the datacenter market.
• Highly motivated, energetic, team‑player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
