Professional Sales Specialist – Pharma (Taoyuan/Hsinchu)

About the role

The Professional Sales Specialist will cover the hospital channel in Taoyuan and Hsinchu, focusing on infectious diseases and anesthesia therapeutic areas. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role combines customer visits, product promotion and territory development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the hospital channel in Taoyuan/Hsinchu, promoting MSD products in infectious disease and anesthesia.
• Conduct customer visits using company resources and deliver effective promotional messages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Create territory action plans with measurable metrics and report progress regularly.
• Align territory activities with business unit and product strategy, providing feedback to the sales manager and marketers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic English listening and reading skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and adapt to change.
• Familiarity with anesthesia and infectious disease therapeutic areas (preferred).
• Valid driving license.
