Senior Business Operations Partner (B4)

About the role

Applied Materials seeks a Senior Business Operations Partner to act as a trusted operational and commercial partner to Sales leadership. You will drive execution and decision‑making that impacts customer commitments, shipment performance, revenue realization and overall business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end order‑to‑revenue process, including forecasting, order management, shipment execution, billing and revenue realization.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to support customer commitments, booking plans and revenue objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations on booking strategies, revenue planning and operational risk management.
• Manage complex customer orders while balancing expectations, operational feasibility and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Legal and regional operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor order pipeline, shipment readiness and performance metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations or Order Management.
• Experience supporting customer‑facing operations in semiconductor, capital equipment or high‑tech industries.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business situations and make sound operational recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
