Evidence Strategy Lead

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is looking for an Evidence Strategy Lead in Taipei. The role leads the development of study strategies and works closely with Sales, Medical and Operations teams to turn client opportunities into competitive, operationally feasible solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead study strategy development and partner with Sales, Medical and Operations teams on client opportunities.
• Provide expertise in protocol assessment, feasibility strategy, site and country selection, patient recruitment and study execution planning.
• Support proposal development, bid defense meetings and client presentations.
• Ensure the study strategy is effectively handed over to project delivery teams and give strategic guidance throughout study execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, real-world evidence (RWE), feasibility or drug development.
• Experience in at least one of: Clinical Project Management, Real World Evidence, Feasibility, Protocol Development or Study Strategy.
