Associate HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join our regional HR team in Taiwan. This hands‑on role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day execution across the full employee lifecycle, supporting business leaders and managers in people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders on performance, employee relations, organizational changes, compensation and people management.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Taiwan, from hiring intake to onboarding and offer management.
• Manage monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, probation reviews and off‑boarding.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data and employment contracts.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations cases, handling issues with confidentiality and professional judgement.

• Strong business‑partner mindset with the ability to understand business context behind people issues.
• Execution‑focused attitude, ensuring fundamentals are accurate, timely and well‑executed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with managers and employees.
• Ability to identify people risks and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
