Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist partners directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing biotechnology CDMO. This individual contributor role focuses on high‑efficiency hiring, proactive sourcing, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for biotech R&D, process development, engineering, QC/QA, regulatory affairs, business development and manufacturing operations.
• Proactively source niche technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, professional networks and international channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, set expectations and provide data‑driven recruitment updates.
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador at career fairs and industry‑academia events.
• Maintain real‑time data integrity in the ATS, update recruitment dashboards and contribute to annual TA strategic projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of dedicated recruitment experience, either in‑house or at a reputable search firm.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, able to navigate complex hiring scenarios under pressure.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing/biotech/pharma recruitment, direct‑labor or mass hiring, and familiarity with major HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday.

Required skills

• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines across multiple technical domains.
