Senior HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the manufacturing sites in Taoyuan. This senior HR manager will act as a strategic partner to factory leadership, driving HR initiatives that support operations, employee experience and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
• Serve as primary HR contact for factory managers, supervisors and employees.
• Lead HR initiatives related to production needs and organizational culture.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee relations practices and resolve concerns in compliance with labor laws.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and career development for hourly and salaried factory roles.
• Conduct talent reviews, performance management and succession planning.
• Analyze workforce data to recommend staffing, shift planning and productivity improvements.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data entry, timekeeping and payroll support.
• Partner with EHS on incident reporting and investigations and manage compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management and HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Ability to partner with plant leadership and support organizational change.
