About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a senior engineer to design analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits for power‑management products, focusing on AC‑DC and lighting applications. The role involves full‑cycle development from concept through release.

Key responsibilities

  • Design analog and mixed‑signal power‑management ICs using BiCMOS/DMOS technologies.
  • Develop circuit schematics from transistor level up to system level, perform simulations, and supervise layout.
  • Participate in the entire product development cycle, from definition to release.
  • Create behavior models with SIMPLIS and support ATE development using Design‑For‑Test methods.

Required profile

  • PhD or MSEE with at least 3 years of semiconductor or analog circuit design experience.
  • Experience designing DC‑DC or AC‑DC converters (e.g., PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck, LED driver).
  • Knowledge of high‑voltage processes and mixed‑signal design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
