About the role
Supermicro is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to support its global workforce. The role will manage personnel changes, assist with performance management, and contribute to HR projects across regions. The specialist will analyze HR data to identify issues and propose solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personnel changes including hiring, termination, leave of absence, and workplace disputes.
- Assist with performance management and improvement processes.
- Participate in regional and global HR projects.
- Analyze HR statistics and information to identify organizational issues and recommend solutions.
- Support assigned global HR‑related initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and exercise patience.
- Commitment to staying current on labor law developments.
- Proficiency in written English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
