Compensation Associate Manager

About the role

The Compensation Associate Manager partners with HR leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable projects. This role blends consulting expertise with hands‑on HR business partnership to design, implement, and continuously improve compensation and total rewards processes.

Key responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous leadership visions into clear project scopes, define problem statements, and design workstreams addressing organizational pain points.
• Build and own the logic, models, and operational processes for compensation projects, ensuring scalability and seamless integration.
• Develop and continuously improve employee life‑cycle processes across talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
• Conduct deep‑dive data analytics across HR domains, synthesize findings into actionable insights for senior management.
• Participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and provide strategic compensation adjustment recommendations.
• Design compensation structures, conduct market research, plan incentive programs, and develop total rewards strategies.

Required profile

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to apply methodologies to solve complex problems.
