Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a sizable and fast‑growing R&D engineering organization in Taiwan. The role focuses on enabling success through people by designing and executing HR strategies that staff, onboard, develop and retain top engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering groups with a global footprint and high‑reaching growth.
• Build trusted partnerships with engineering leaders to implement tailored HR plans and programs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with global functional HR Centers of Excellence to ensure flawless, localized support.
• Manage employee‑lifecycle activities such as salary planning, approvals, relocations, promotions and job re‑leveling.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, guiding leaders through performance management and applying global policies locally.
• Participate in the global build and roll‑out of HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of client‑facing HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced technology or R&D environment.
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data; sophisticated Excel capabilities and hands‑on experience with modern HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Deep knowledge in at least two core HR areas (e.g., employee relations, compensation, learning & development, compliance, recruitment).
• Proven ability to navigate cross‑functional structures and manage complex projects with agility.
