Service Sales Representative - Taipei

About the role

Konecranes is hiring a full-time Service Sales representative for its Taipei office. The role covers the operation of the service business and the promotion of service contracts, refurbishment and parts sales, with the aim of achieving the department's orders and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to the Division Manager on expected orders and sales to help estimate the next year's budget.
• Implement sales strategies for assigned locations to secure service contracts and meet targets.
• Monitor and review periodic service sales performance, and implement refurbishment and parts sales strategies.
• Review and prepare quotations and tenders within authority limits, negotiating terms that meet profitability targets and contract terms.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with Finance and Admin for timely invoicing and collection of overdue debts.
• Monitor the efficiency of service jobs by timeline, quality and profitability, and check warranty claims against contractual obligations.
• Keep the MDTW Quality Manual in the QMS system up to date and be aware of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Complete other duties as directed.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of products, selling and negotiation skills, and sales costing.
• Ability to lead and supervise, work with people, deliver results and meet customer expectations.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.
