Floor Manager - COS Store Taichung

About the role

H&M Group is opening its first COS store in Taichung and is recruiting a full store team, starting with the Floor Manager. Onboarding is expected in late September, with recruitment outreach beginning on 27 July. The Floor Manager leads a team of Sales Advisors, sets the tone for a welcoming and inspiring store environment and focuses on service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and identify future talent for development plans
• Oversee daily store operations and act as a brand ambassador
• Step into the role of Store Manager when required

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment, with good knowledge of store operations and standards
• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in the products offered
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and seeking development opportunities
• Clear, confident and empathetic communication, able to give direction and constructive feedback
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Proven team leadership and understanding of key retail KPIs (preferable but not mandatory)
