Clinical Sales Representative - da Vinci Surgery

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer and market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Clinical Sales Representative in Taichung. The role works with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to build a sales plan for the local market and to help integrate the da Vinci system into new customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager tailored to the local market
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across all primary OR procedures and help develop surgical teams
• Work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to integrate the da Vinci system at new sites and ensure ongoing commitment
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to support independent use of the technology
• Drive utilization of the da Vinci System by collaborating with surgical teams
• Expand the user base by building a qualified lead funnel through presentations, events and get-togethers, converting high-potential leads and driving training
• Sell instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities and expense reports
• Lead surgical teams through training sessions and act as a resource on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2 or more years in healthcare sales
• Proven track record in sales, achievement and leadership
