About the role
Medtronic is seeking a Territory Specialist for the Central region to promote and sell its healthcare technologies. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within the assigned geographic area.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
- Identify leads, assess customer needs, and provide product education and support.
- Conduct market research on customers and competitors and relay feedback to internal teams.
- Implement and adjust market development plans and sales strategies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 4+ years, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years.
- Relevant experience in medical device, med‑tech, healthcare, or life‑science sales.
