Principal, Program Management

About the role

Coupang is looking for a Principal, Program Management to join its Business Growth and Excellence team in Taiwan. You will work closely with business managers, the marketing team and finance on cross-functional programs aimed at growth and profitability, scaling existing programs and building roadmaps for new initiatives that attract new customers and engage existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision for category growth through availability, price competitiveness and delivery experience.
• Develop detailed plans to scale existing initiatives and create roadmaps for new ones, with clear objectives and goals.
• Partner with brand managers (buyers), marketing and pricing teams to align on cross-functional goals and processes for specific categories.
• Monitor program performance, resolve issues and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Create detailed category scorecards with inputs and defect metrics, present reports and documents to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of e-commerce experience in program management, category management or business management roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Strong data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
