Senior Business Project Manager, New Initiatives

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to join its Private Brands team. The role works closely with business managers, instock, forecasting, pricing, promotions, compliance, IT and finance teams to set up processes, systems and ways of working that drive growth, efficiency and profitability. It involves building roadmaps, creating new processes and supporting operations until they are fully established.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current systems and processes and define future business needs
• Build program roadmaps and phased goals for execution
• Partner with leaders and business managers on development, user testing and implementation
• Create workflows, training, milestone management, exception reporting, dashboards and performance reports
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Monitor progress, manage risks and align stakeholders

Required profile

• 8+ years of e-commerce experience in program management, system development or business project management
• Hands-on approach with a structured mindset and experience implementing systems development and change
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
