职位概况

Coupang 正在重新構想購物體驗，並在台灣拓展業務，包括「火箭速配」隔日到貨服務與「火箭跨境」國際速配服務。該職位負責美容品類的採購與供應商管理。

主要職責

識別與開發供應商，完成文件、制定計劃與 KPI 管理結構以推動業績
商品採購，專注於快速消費品
與供應商議價與談判
供應商及品項管理
建立系統監控採購訂單，每週向主管提交採購訂單報告（含已結案發票單號）
與管理團隊確認交貨符合訂單，並報告延期或缺貨產品

任职要求

至少8年以上業務談判、議價等相關經驗
有跨部門和跨市場合作經驗
能優先處理工作並解決複雜且快速變化的問題
具備良好的分析技能，能說服內部與外部人員
必須具備電商經驗；英語能力為加分
