Senior Manager, Program Management (Business Planning)

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for a seasoned leader to partner with its Business Development team on programs and methodologies focused on Buyability and Selection Quality. The role works cross-functionally with product, engineering, catalog teams and business leaders, and suits someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision for category growth through availability, price sharpness and delivery experience.
• Develop detailed plans to scale existing initiatives and roadmaps for new ones, with clear objectives and goals.
• Work with brand managers (buyers), marketing and pricing teams to align on cross-functional goals and processes per category.
• Monitor program performance, resolve issues and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Create detailed category scorecards with inputs and defect metrics, and present reports and documents to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, program management or e-commerce.
• Project, program, operations or customer service experience within e-commerce.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to solve problems deeply across domains.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and to work independently and in a team.
