职位概况

Coupang 台灣正在尋找一位保健食品領域的採購主管，負責開發與管理供應商關係、制定採購策略及談判條件，協助平台拓展業務。

主要职责

開發並管理供應商關係，建立文件流程、商業計畫與 KPI 架構，推動業績成長
負責商品採購策略，聚焦 FMCG 快消品，進行價格談判與商業條件協商
管理供應商與商品組合，優化商品表現
建立採購訂單追蹤與管理機制，每週匯報採購進度與發票資訊
跨部門合作確保商品準時交付，即時回報延誤或缺貨狀況

任职要求

8 年以上採購、業務開發或價格談判相關經驗
熟悉跨部門、跨市場溝通與協作
能在快速變動環境中排定優先順序並解決複雜問題
具備數據分析能力，能影響與說服內外部利害關係人
具備英語溝通能力者尤佳
