職位概述

Coupang 台灣正在尋找一位反應敏銳、能獨立作業的選品專案組長，負責推動專案目標並管理 5 至 10 人的小團隊。候選人將成為產品數據分析與流程改善的技術核心，在極少指導下處理複雜任務並主動培訓他人。

主要職責

帶領 5 至 10 人的團隊，獨立管理人力分配與日常營運
監控團隊出勤與績效，確保成員持續達標
監督產出準確性與效率，主動識別瓶頸並推動持續改善
設計並執行內部培訓計劃
在極少監督下完成主管交辦任務

任职要求

熟悉品類屬性，能獨立進行產品分析與競品研究
邏輯嚴謹，能處理複雜數據，具備自驅型特質
熟悉 SOP 運作，能獨立診斷並提出優化策略
對電商營運與市場趨勢有興趣
加分：2 至 3 年行政或專案管理經驗、培訓指導經驗、主管或管理職經驗
