職位概述

Coupang 台灣正尋找一位聯盟行銷團隊負責人，全面主導並規模化台灣的聯盟行銷與網紅（KOL）生態圈，推動技術與非技術業務線的營收成長。該職位對績效、策略夥伴關係及損益（P&L）結果負高度且完整的責任。

主要職責

建立、領導並規模化台灣專屬的業務開發及策略聯盟行銷團隊，推動聯盟行銷策略
拓展受管技術與非技術兩大業務領域，深化與合作夥伴的關係，並擴大 KOL 平台的影響力與商業變現能力
與台灣主要線上 App、聯盟平台、媒體與出版商建立策略合作，並從新興聯盟模式與創作者經濟中孵化新機會
全面負責聯盟業務的營收、獲利與損益，與 Sales、產品、行銷及營運團隊跨部門合作
設定團隊目標、績效指標與人才發展計畫，打造以成果導向的團隊文化

任职要求

對台灣數位生態系有深入理解，並擁有 KOL、電商、SaaS 與線上科技平台的人脈網絡
具備營收成長實績與損益管理經驗，以及成熟的團隊領導經驗
在聯盟行銷、策略夥伴關係或平台型業務上有優異的策略規劃與執行能力
優秀的人際關係、談判協商與跨部門溝通能力，良好的中文業務開發能力
