Marketing Specialist

About the role

The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team. The role suits someone who excels in marketing and is also able to carry out extensive research in both technical and non-technical areas. It covers internal and external communication, content creation, event planning and office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and analyse market research on technology trends, industry applications, customer needs and business development.
• Understand key technical information and explain it clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Plan and run marketing events.
• Develop and implement an industry collaboration strategy.
• Assist with departmental administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Previous marketing, PR or Marketing Specialist experience preferred.
• Proven track record of collaboration projects, event planning and independent campaign ideas.
• Familiarity with AI and robotics startups or the industry ecosystem.
