Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager

aetherAI is a fast‑growing AI company focused on medical imaging solutions for pathology, hematology and endoscopy. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, ensuring transparent capital‑market communication and a strong brand presence across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investor relations activities, including earnings calls, shareholder meetings and the preparation of related materials.
• Develop and execute media relations strategies, arrange interviews, drive press coverage and handle issue communications.
• Plan and deliver corporate branding initiatives, PR campaigns and large‑scale events such as trade shows and earnings conferences.
• Draft and edit bilingual (English and Mandarin) press releases, corporate statements and other external communication documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with product launches and regulatory milestones.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications or Public Relations, preferably within B2B, AI, healthcare or software sectors.
• Experience handling government projects or government relations is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Mandarin for drafting external communications.
