Assistant Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

The Assistant KA Manager will own the performance of e‑commerce channels, driving sales targets and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own e‑commerce channel performance, proactively identifying opportunities, risks and actions to meet sales targets.
• Plan and execute channel promotions and campaigns, negotiate platform resources and conduct post‑evaluation.
• Manage platform buyer relationships, commercial terms, pricing and key resources.
• Oversee EC trade marketing, including GWP planning, sourcing, allocation, inventory and execution.
• Monitor sales, inventory and KPIs; present analysis and recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Handle daily platform backend operations such as SKU, product and promotion setup.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Legal to lead channel reviews and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong business ownership with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and risks.
• Excellent numerical and analytical capability, able to analyze and present results clearly.
• Hands‑on experience operating e‑commerce platforms under a brand‑self‑operated model.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for cross‑functional collaboration and external negotiations.
• Minimum 5 years of solid e‑commerce experience in key channels (Momo, Shopee) with a proven track record in driving sales/GMV.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare or cosmetics is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• PowerPoint for presenting performance insights.
• Operational experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Momo and Shopee.
